Rice Heating and Air has done an excellent job taking care of our needs. They always do our spring and fall tune-ups and repair any problems that might arise. The employees are pleasant and helpful while doing there job.

We love Rice Heating and Air. We have used them for all of our Air conditioning needs for the last five years. In that time they have always been courteous, professional, and honest. They have served us with nothing but the highest quality in customer service and integrity. They don't use pushy sales tactics but they will give you an honest review of replacement options and repair costs if you ask them for it. Hello!! Isaac is a kind person who did a great job checking out the HVAC. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. I recommend providing shoe covers for employees so they can quickly transition outside to inside and vice versa to get the job done. I recently spent a lot of money getting the carpets cleaned.
