I’ll start by saying, do your research on the companies you’re about to do business with. There are a lot of poor companies in the trades nowadays. Having said that, this company was excellent. The woman that answers the phones was knowledgeable and helpful. They scheduled an estimate and confirmed the day prior to arrival. The estimator was friendly, respectful, and above all, knowledgeable in his field. He actually took the time to inspect the areas and drew out a sketch to better illustrate his points and plan. After I approved the estimate, he returned and performed an in-depth measurement process and generated a schematic of my home to assist his installers on parts/materials needed. They called to schedule a start date and showed up on time with all the parts they needed. My home wasn’t the smallest or easiest to navigate but they persisted and finished within the week. They informed me of sticking points and advised me on other problems that arose, including a safety issue regarding venting of combustion gases, which they fixed without charge. All in all, if you’re looking for a company with knowledge, skill, and integrity, this is it. Thank you, hope this helps someone choose.

I’ve been using Bee Right There for maintenance of HVAC system and I appreciate their care for this equipment. Marc was professional and personable. He took pics of system for future reference when other reps get assigned. Very thorough.

Having used Bee Right There's services over a long time (prior to the company's name change) I have found their crew to be highly skilled at installation work as well as in their maintenance efforts. The prices are reasonable, and the company is exceedingly honest -- I've never had any concerns about whether the work they've recommended servicing has really needed to be done.

Bee Right There came the next day after my call and were great on keeping me informed when they were going to arrive. Marc is an outstanding tech, provided solid information to make decisions and offered great suggestions. I joined their service “club” . Having issues with our A/C is not a good thing, however Marc and Bee Right There helped to make good decisions and less of a hassle.

Every person from the service, sales, and installation team were professional and competent. They kept every appointment they made with me and I especially appreciated that they would call 30 minutes before they were to arrive. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional and friendly. They were running a little behind and contacted us and kept us up to date. My father is elderly and service tech Mark was very kind and patient with him and took the time to answer his questions and explain to him how he could keep his cooler working efficiently. This was our 2nd time using this company and we will definitely be using them again and recommend you do too!

Bee Right There was an amazing company to work with from my first phone. Call to the technician coming out to follow up. Kind, competent and fair. Had a bid for a thermostat to be installed from another company and was being gouged. Bee Right There came out same day, did the same work for 1/6th of the cost. They were amazing to work with from the scheduler to the technician Mark. The honesty and knowledge level was superior and much appreciated. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again!

These guys are GREAT!! They were there within 30 minutes of my calling them, the technicians we absolutely so kind and courteous. They did my thermostat change and recommended some needed upgrades for the future. Very well knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommended these guys!!!
