From Quote to install was highly efficient and fast. We had 2 mini splits installed and a greenhouse fan for our new Health Food Store structure...Will and Dustin were excellent and professional.

Our HVAC system always seems to give us problems during the worst weather conditions and always on a Saturday or Sunday. Precise is always able to come out on short notice and get our system back running properly. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and respective of our property.

The Precise technician came punctually on the date and time agreed. He checked my furnace, found no problems and charged a very reasonable fee for his service. I intend to schedule another service call with Precise to inspect my AC in the spring.

Was completely satisfied with all services from Precise. Excellent communication from both electrical and plumbing departments. Will definitely be using them in the future.

We're very pleased with Precise's service! Three weeks before this call, our 25 year old propane wall mounted heater went out and they replaced it with a new one very quickly. Then the 25 year old water heater went out earlier this week and they replaced it quickly, too. Both calls were affordable, the staff was professional and considerate.

Brian came out today and fixed our heating issue really quickly. I can take my hat off now!! He even explained what was wrong in words I could understand!! Mitch, Jose 1 and Jose 2 were all amazing. They were kind, professional and got our new HVAC unit installed without issue. We always have great service with Precise. They will always be my first call whenever I have HVAC, plumbing or electrical issues.

They were one of the only companies to respond in a timely manner. Mitch came out to take a look at the house and talked through everything until I was comfortable. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly and my appointment got bumped up even earlier. Everything was installed quickly and professionally. Thank you so much!

Had them put in two fans in my lake house in Cherokee village .... Did ok but did not test fan in vaulted living room and it did not work. Paid the $300+ to put those two fans in and was ok with that but when main fan in living room did not work I called back and asked that they find a similar fan and install it and take the other fan down. They apparently did not test the first fan. The fan they replaced was a 270$ fan and they replaced it with an 80$ Walmart fan and charged me $270 for it. Additionally they charged more than 500$ in labor then an additional fee as a service fee to show back up for something they should have checked in the first place. The total bill was 890$. They probably didn't know I am a licenced general contractor and know what is right and wrong .... Not just some rich lake house owner. Then had the nerve to contact a collection agency to try to collect. Pictures included. The photo on the right is the fan they installed and didn't work. It was a 270$ fan with a down rod. The fan on the left is the cheap fan they bought and put up and didn't bother to put on the down rod. $890 they claim worth of work. Geez
