As said, P&D doesn’t have anyone in our customer base with this name so we have no way of knowing if this review is even real. If this is a real situation then by all means, call us directly and we WILL solve it! It's very unfair for you to come on and post a bad review, especially if we have ZERO knowledge of any problems and NO record of you or a discussion privately showing effort to resolve your issues. We will continue to rely on our FAITH and know that people who know us and see that we have nothing but 5-star reviews will know that something doesn’t look right about your review and will roll right past it knowing it’s bogus and unfair! The general public knows we are a highly reputable top-notch company.
To date, we have absolutely ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY UNRESOLVED CLIENT SITUATIONS OR UNADDRESSED PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT WE’VE EVER INSTALLED!
WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. OUR HIGHER TIER EQUIPMENT COMES WITH A MANUFACTURER “NO HASSLE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY” AS WELL! If ever, a client has an on-going problem with their new equipment, they can use this warranty to solve their issues.
On another note, you mention that you would call someone else but you have a 10-year warranty with us. We do not have any “in house” warranties. Extended warranties are through the manufacturer and if ever a situation arrises that a client is no longer happy with our services, they are not obligated to use us by any means. What ever extended warranties the client may have can be handled by any authorized provider of the brand of equipment that the client possesses. If you are even really a client of ours, it sounds like this might be a better avenue for you instead of coming on a public platform and bashing our good name.
In conclusion: Believe me, if there was a real situation out there as described by this review, we would have knowledge of it and it would have been addressed by now BECAUSE WE ARE KNOWN FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
