Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC

Had there plumbing inspection performed on 5/7/24. Alex the technician was very professional and friendly. He inspected all plumbing lines and tested the water for hardness. He took lots of pictures, detailed what needing to be done. Will have them return when ready to have repaired. Would definitely recommend if you are having any plumbing issues.

As usual, Service Champions' staff are well trained and courteous and Peter, their tech, lived up to their guarantee with his courtesy and information. It was unfortunate that S.C. didn't keep to their original time of the 8 - 10 a.m. appointment and didn't advise me of the delay. However, Peter replaced the original tech and made up for it by being on time. I highly recommend Service Champions and I have had them perform several installations for me over the years which included new A.C. and also a split unit for the patio area. They also installed attic insulation. I will continue to use them for my heating and A.C. needs.

My father subscribes to the Service Champions service plan. It works out nicely for him. Today he received the AC system tune up. The service covered all the details to insure the AC delivers excellent service. The report was thorough. The technician reviewed all details with me before creating his report and sending it out. We are very satisfied with the service.

The technician, Jose, was very easy to speak with and ask questions about our water heater that was not producing hot water. He also notice that the set up for the pipes and hoses were not up to Service Champions standards. He helped us with that too. Jose gave us fantastic customer service. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Thanks Jose, for taking the time to help us understand our situation.

Joshua was my technician today, doing the tune up for both my AC and Heater. He was very personable and easy to work with. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why. He did an excellent job of cleaning my AC unit as it was 34 years old and very dirty inside. The heater was also cleaned and checked out, no issues with either units. I would highly recommend Service Champions as they do quality work. Take advantage of the AC and Heater tune up sale price when it’s offered as I did. You can’t go wrong.

I am very happy with my AC service today. Brandon Wilson was my technician, and he was thorough, took the time to explain things, and alerted me to issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I would recommend Service Champions to anyone who wants honesty and integrity in the company servicing their heating and air-conditioning units. I am happy Leland was persistent in sending his flyers.

Bryon came to do our heating unit service. He was excellent. Called & let me know he could come earlier. I was at market, but he arrived just as I got home. Perfect timing! He reviewed equipment, and changed filter. VERY polite and professional. He was the best tech so far! Service champions is the best company out there.

I had a regularly scheduled heater maintenance. The tech was very friendly and courteous, and made it clear he would do it quickly but thoroughly. It was an early morning appointment and he asked before hand if there was anyone in any of the bedrooms,and if so, to please advise them before he entered any room. When finished he gave a quick but detailed description of what he'd done and found. He mentioned a couple of options that could enhance our system but there was no pressure to sign up for extra services. All in all I've been very happy with Service Champions.
