My A/C unit wasn’t cooling- they sent a very professional technician and had my unit up and cooling in 30 minutes!! Was a 45.00 part that had went out- thank you so very much!!

Thankful for Dean’s! We had a first opinion (not Dean’s) that our 2nd unit was shot and they sent two quotes ($8,000 bucks.) BUT! Dean’s guy found and fixed the minor problem & it’s back up and running! We couldn’t be happier!

Was called to our business over 7 times and never fix the problem

In april of last year i called this company to give a quote on both heat and air for my father who has dementia and is 75, as you read this review keep those two things in mind. I am his only family left and i live in a different state. While the amount i was charged was not astronomical its the principal. They stated in their invoice new outside unit would need to be purchased and the heating unit had been fixed and heat was working. Fast forward to Christmas, i visited my dad and his house did not have heat so i called the hvac company that I actually used because deans heating and air quote for the outside unit was $1,000 more. I called today because the invoice from the hvac company i used stated the same verbiage that deans heating and air invoice said was fixed and was told the following: i cannot fix something we are not aware of, he should have called for us to come and fix it, what do you want us to do i don’t understand. After all of that the office manager gets and attitude and was frustrated with me i could tell for even bringing this up. And my reason for bring it up because they said something was fixed and charged when it actually wasnt and resulted in a 75 year old with dementia without heat in the winter. Please pass this along to your friends and family. Oh and lastly she hung up in my face so it prompted me to write this review.

I called at 3:43, didn't expect them to come out this late. At 5:45 I received a phone call that they were on their way. Now you can't beat that kind of service! I highly recommend Dean's Heating and Air!

I am writing this review for anyone who opts to use Dean's Heating and Air to be aware of my issue. I purchased an Central Heating and AC unit with installation from Deans.Four years later i have discovered that the installation was not done to code. After removing my old unit and reinstalling the new unit, Dean's opted to not use my existing condensate drain and rather connect to a nearby sewer line. As a result this led to occasional sewer gas blowing throughout my home. Also there were large gaps left around the evaporator coil that should have been sealed. I had assumed that the job was done right and there wasn't a need to have someone come behind and check their work. Upon informing Dean's of their err, i was informed that the installation was too far in the past for them to correct this without additional charges. I do not feel i should have to pay additional cost for something that should have been done right in the first place regardless of the time frame. They did not ask if they could tap in to my sewer line, so I now have an additional cost of closing it back up as well. As for the unit itself i have no problems, but i could not recommend an installation from this company.

What great service!! Alan , Kathy, and the rest of the staff do an excellent job. They are so prompt , knowledgeable and polite. I am pleased to reccomend them to anyone that needs their service.
