We knew from our first consultation with Nick, that Emmons was the right choice for us. Kim kept the communication going and Rick and Will had our new unit installed, tested, and working in no time. They answered all our questions very patiently and professionally while staying on task and getting our home cool again! The owner, Robert is very personable and truly cares about the service he provides as does his employees! They literally make you feel like a welcome priority! Bradley and Nick are absolutely trustworthy and certainly know how to manage tough issues with HVAC systems. I’ve had a company I’ve been with for 20 years come out to correct my HVAC issue and after many failed attempts, I have decided to use this company for my future Heat and air needs. Without telling Bradley the depth of a reoccurring issue that no one else could pin point… he figured it out and told me exactly how he will fix it. It became a headache to always have someone out to fix something that I’ve already spent so much money on and Then, a month later still dealing with the same issue. Nick was very professional and acted quickly. A part had to be ordered and they went out of their way to pick it up so our heat could be up and running with only a couple of days without heat which happened right at the cold snap! I recommend Emmons as your service company.
