Technician Frank Wright introduced himself, was polite and answered all my questions. Frank is very knowledgeable in his trade. Each Technician from LEE’S Heating, Air and Plumbing that has come to my home are all professional and kind.

Daniel was great. He was very kind and friendly. He kept me updated on the progress and let me know how my system was working. Very happy with his service and will use Lee's again when necessary.

First I want to thank Travis Finlaski and Luis Rojas for recommending the Bosch Inverter Heat Pump Split System when it was clear that my current system would not survive another Fresno summer. That gets me off expensive gas heat for a very low electric impact since I have solar. Ernesto Tinajero and Gabriel Gonzalez and their team did a masterly job of the installation, completing it in one day. The team was very considerate of me and my elderly dog during this process, keeping me informed through the day and making sure gates were closed to keep the dog safe. I was very impressed with the installation they did! This was an extremely successful job and they handled it with expertise and care.

Daniel Swann arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m. He checked the inside filter and thermostat before going on the roof to service the A/C unit. Daniel was very polite and helpful asking me several times if I had any questions. Upon completion he assured me that the A/C was performing well and a summary of his work had been e-mailed to me. Daniel is a fine young man and an asset to your company.

This company has the most underhanded way of duping someone into buying something they may or may not need simply by asking them for an inspection of your furnace prior to winter. I did and boy, am I sorry. I spent $$,$$$. They inspected my system and since my house is 25 years old they said I needed a new system. With the promise of rebates and the environment I agreed to a new system. This included heating and air. Then a month or so later they inspected to assure that everything was ok. Then they tell me that my air ducts can’t handle the new more efficient system and that would cost $$,$$$. Seriously! They were the ones who inspected my system in the first place and they would certainly know if the existing air ducts would handle the new system. They will do nothing about it except to replace my air ducts. They have set prices for their work and will not itemize prices of equipment, labor, incidentals, even tax! Do not trust them! I should have known!

Orlando was able to quickly identify the issue my alarm company made when installing new thermostats as part of my “smart home” upgrade. My AC/Heat had not been working for almost 2 weeks and in just under an hour Orlando had everything working properly and even did a quick diagnostic on my system. He explained to me the issue and gave me some pointers on my system. I know if i ever have any issues with anything i think Lees can cover they will be the first people i call!!!

During my six month heater service, Rudy determined my 18-year-old ref. Unit was at the end of its life.. Travis came out from the company to double check, and make sure that indeed was what was happening. It was! After speaking with Travis about options, I decided which unit I was going to go with, and the very next day a crew of eight people, including Juan, Raul, Rolando, and several others who I’m sorry I don’t know your names came out and replaced my ductwork and my heating unit. Throughout the entire entire day, the team kept me informed on what was happening. They were very respectful of my home and my two dogs they were friendly. Apologetic about the mess they were creating and professional. We agreed to have the team keep working and finish the job in a single day. They estimated it would be 8 o’clock at night and it ended up being closer to 6:30 in the evening they cleaned up after themselves. They kept expressing appreciation that I was a customer, and, my new thermostat was explained to me my new unit was explained to me it couldn’t have been a more seamless experience. I am grateful to all the men who came out to measure and install, and demolish my old ducting system in the ceiling which needed to be replaced. Each was very pleasant and did a fantastic job , I highly recommend Lee’s heating and plumbing and will be a happy customer of theirs for many years to come .

I called them and they showed up the same day. Travis did a great job informing us of the issues with our unit. He provided multiple options and suggestions on how to go about fixing the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Christian and his partner came to change my thermostat (I forgot his name). We got a new smart ecobee thermostat and they also showed us how to use it. They were patient, quick, and very knowledgeable. The installation was only a few hours in the morning and they came back when I was off work to change the thermostat. We were switching from gas to a heat pump, and they educated us on the process. Lee’s team was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Definitely recommend.
