Daniel and Scott were tremendous! They conducted an annual review after installing our new AC last year and discovered some issues with our water heater and ducts coming from dryer. They were able to install a tankless system in 2 days and fix all the other issues. Highly recommend!

Oscar and Tino of Elevated Comfort were very professional and thorough, as well as friendly and easy to work with. They were respectful of our home and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They did a good job of going over our new system and controls clearly. I give them my highest rating.

Jose, is very resourceful and competent. I was given three estimates with pricing info. Jose serviced my existing water heater. at no charge and gave me a professional estimate of the items age and how much longer it could last. We talked about no interest payments. All in all, I am very pleased with Jose and his level of knowledge.

Having a furnace go out is no fun. Elevated Comfort was fast and efficient with coming out to check and see what the problem was. Not only do they have wonderful financing plans but their staff is generous, kind and highly knowledgable. They had our new furnace put in within 1 week. Tech (Scott) came out today to tune-up my AC unit. He was prompt, friendly and informative. He put on shoe covers before entering my home. Fully tested my 20+ year old unit and said for the age of it it’s working perfectly. Showed me pictures of all the testing he did and told me he will be emailing the pictures as well. I’m very happy with the honest friendly service I received and will be sure to recommend them to anyone who needs the services they provide. Thank you Elevated Comfort and Scott!

We contacted Elevated Comfort to add an air-conditioner to our existing Furnace. Scheduling was quick and easy. In no time at all I met with JP. He evaluated our system and we went over all the details of what we needed AND he provided me with a quote on the spot. Once we decided to move forward, the installation was scheduled very quickly. Alex and Mario were the installers and they were a pleasure to work with. They completed the installation in a few short hours. Their work was professional and efficient. Zack was incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for me. Daniel Chan came and did maintenance on our water heater, and he also removed our very old garbage disposal and put in a new drain, then he fixed some couplings and connectors with ease. He was focused, kind, charming and knowledgeable. We are so happy to finally find a plumber and his company that we will be calling for a long time to come.
