Mizell installed the electricity to my first tiny home. I have zero knowledge about electricity but when I showed them the floor plan of what I wanted they pretty much exceeded my expectations of the work. The wiring was super neat and I had no issues getting exactly what I requested. I did not have to step one foot into the office to accomplish any of this as we communicated virtually on the entire project. Through phone calls, texts, and emails, they were able to get the job done. I’d definitely recommend them.

Mr. Mizell came out and put refrigerant in my unit because my coils were freezing up and it was not cooling my home. After supposedly putting refrigerant in, he never went in the rooms to see if it was cooling. After he left I went in my house and I thought it was taking a long time to cool my home because it had been off for a long time, but the house never did get cool and the coils again froze up. I called him the next day thinking at least he was going to come back out to look at it again, but no. I was charged $235 for this.

We performed an electronic leak test on Mr. Robinson's system and determined that there was a refrigerant leak in the condensing coil. Mr. Robinson was advised of this and informed that the system would not hold refrigerant for any length of time if it was installed. He advised that it was hot inside his house and insisted on it being charged with refrigerant. We informed Mr. Robinson that he was being given a discount on the refrigerant and the the additional labor that would have normally been charged due to the length of time spent on the service call. In 20 years of successful business, we have learned that you can't help customers who won't listen to the advice given and we are thankful for those customers who trust us to be honest, fair and to provide the professional service that we provide.
