Gilberto and Jamal came out today to diagnose my issue with my unit very respectful and professional very informative and the service was awesome very recommended first time using them and now they will be doing my services every year

Artic Air has amazing customer service all around. They answer their phone, call back within minutes and communicate clearly. Gilberto came to clean our dryer duct and took less than an hour. Very efficient, kind and respectful to our family.

Robert was our assigned technician this year. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly to me and to my father. He mention recommendations to us if we were interested. Excellent job. Thank you Robert!

I called up Arctic Air to get my AC tuned up before the summer heat kicks in. Chris came over and did a fantastic job. He walked me through the whole process, answered a bunch of my questions, and left with some good recommendations for improving our setup. Definitely appreciated it 👊👊

This is the second year that I've contacted Arctic Air for my yearly A/C maintenance. The phone operator is always friendly and pleasant. This year Christopher conducted my maintenance and I was extremely pleased with his work. Christopher was very friendly, courteous, clean and respectful while working in my home. He was very thorough with his work and the explanation of services provided. I was very pleased with todays service and hope to see Christopher again for any future AC needs.

Robert was punctual and very professional. He explained every action he took as well as the recommendations for additional service and why. His customer service skills are optimum!

Gilberto Gallegos has been providing service to our AC unit for the last few years and is always professional, and prompt! He has excellent manners and thoroughly explains what he is going to do and what he does and recommends for future maintenance.

Today we got our ac serviced today Christopher Lopez he was here for about two hours and he did a great job! When he was in our home he make sure that everything was cleaned before he went outside. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing at all times. We will definitely use Arctic Air again when we the need any work done because of Christopher. It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays so it was wonderful having such amazing worker like Chris!
