Desert Air's service has been nothing more than exceptional. Our ac stopped working and they were quick to come and check our unit, Julio did a thorough inspection and explanation of everything we needed to get our unit up and running. We decided to purchase a whole new unit, Jesus was so helpful and went over all our options without making us feel overwhelmed or pushed to make any quick decisions. Everyone at desert air has been helpful and courteous. Will be using them for any other ac needs we might need in the future.
