Cannot say enough about how nice and helpful Eddie with Glenn's was in helping solve my plumbing problem. He came to the house while I was at work and promptly called me as soon as he figured the problem out. Not only did he tell me what was wrong and what I needed to do to get the problem solved, but fixed a temporary solution for me until I could get an electrician out to repair electrical wires to grinder pump. Such a relief for me while I was trying to work and take care of problems at home at the same time. Eddie you are a definite asset to Glenn's.

It was a Saturday they came out assess the situation let me know it wasn't something emergency wise so it wouldn't be too expensive. That Monday they called and said are you ready to have your septic tank cleaned, I said yes and the plumber showed up within 20 minutes. It was only one guy and I saw that he had a dig a hole in my backyard to get to the septic tank so I volunteered to help them out, but this man was ready to do it all by himself. Kudos to that guy! I'm still waiting for the bill though, we'll see how that goes.

Friendly staff and punctual. They had everything for the job in stock, on the shelf. Personnel with trade experience were able to listen to our issues via phone call and knew exactly what we needed to fix our issue. I would call them again and recommend them to anyone.

It was so cold the other day, when I called Glenn’s I knew there was probably a list because of the bad weather…nope, Shawn was out here within the hour. Glenn’s takes care of their customers and they are the “Gold Standard” in our area. Through the years, they’ve always been professionals and friendly…their team always finds the issue and fixes it. I was a popsicle the other day, until Glenn’s showed up! It was maybe 15 degrees, so imagine how happy I was when they came right out. Thank you, Glenn’s!!!!!
