I had a positive experience from everyone at Airmech . Mary in the office , Alex ( general mgr) and the guys who did the work. Kristopher, Peter and Jamar (sorry if I misspelled your name) who were professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to remove the items i had in the attic without complaint. They also were friendly with my blind dog which she appreciated with a wag of her tail. Definitely a top notch company!

The Airmech technicians came in and were very kind... the gentleman who was the team lead ....I can't remember his name ....but I believe he was from Memphis. A very respectful man ....he even responded to my wife by saying ma'am ....which you don't hear these days....especially in California. However his team did a great job...they were not in our way.... they didn't make us feel uncomfortable... they were there to get the job done and they were very helpful in all areas.... cleaned up everything very well ....put the piles in a place where we can still leave our driveway and he gave me feedback on some things....the team lead even pointed out something with my water heater and I actually addressed it. He was very helpful... and all the guys were great.... I highly recommend Airmech for AC installation.

We received 3 bids for a new HVAC and Airmech was by far the least expensive. Not only were they the least expensive, they arrived as scheduled and did a great job. They replaced a very old system and it took them into the late afternoon but they completed the work as planned. The next morning we woke to find the water heater had gone out so we called them back and thankfully, they were able to respond to put in a new water heater. Thank you Airmech!

I was very pleased with Alejandro's and Airmech's services today! Alejandro was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and able to accommodate my pet environment with several dogs in the way! He changed my thermostat batteries, set my upstairs and downstairs thermostats to my specifications (which were not user friendly) and he demonstrated how to change my air filter (which we discovered was very dirty from neglect!). I will definitely want to have Alejandro's services again! Sorry, I am new to posting and didn't mean to post the same one as last time. I am very happy and pleased with Airmech's and Alejandro's service and I love being a platinum member! I have found getting an appointment to be very easy. This company answers their phones without long hold times and I've always been able to talk to a live person without being transferred to another department. In addition, I have found the house calls/visits to be very reliable, efficient and prompt. For example, I recently needed assistance with installing a new air filter and was unable to do it myself. I called Airmech and they scheduled a technician to come out the very next morning. Now, all is well and I am no longer worried about the hot summer days soon to arrive.

Great, knowledgeable, and punctual and gave us straight info on a suspected heat exchanger leak. The tech inspected the unit and tested for leakage and Carbon monoxide level, reported everything looked good. Saved us from unnecessary repair or replacement at the tune of 2500 for repair to 10,000 for a new unit. They will be at the top of our call list for future work. Very impressed.

I interviewed many HVAC companies, including well advertised companies and Amertech had the best price for best brand HVAC. Their price included many extra things like extended equipment warranties, 3 years free serve maintenance, took care of paperwork for governmental and utility rebates and deducted them from the price, etc. Ameritech also did an excellent job in installation and there was a detailed highly professional, and honest presentation. I think it would be a mistake for anyone to not include Ameritech in ones interviews with competing HVAC companies. I am happy with my choice.

AirMech Team is the best in the HVAC business, at least here in Sacramento. From their office staff responding promptly and making sure you are taken care of, to their trouble shooting team led by Antonio, their Business Manager Alex, and the whole installation team that came over to replace my whole system the very next day. This whole team, including the owner who came and dropped off the team's lunch speaks volume of the company. The workers are very good and proud of what they do and made sure that our needs are taken care of. Great job guys, thank you.

Once I reached Airmech my experience was a good one. Jessica listened intently and provided me with positive results from our conversation. We had a technician at our home to service our furnace within 3 hours. The service was excellent, the technician “Chris” diagnosed, repaired and explained everything to us. Will use them again in the future & assuredly recommend their service to anyone in the future.
