Randy is honest, professional and takes time with his customers. He came right over when our family was having issues with our furnace. I explained a safety issue and he was right over. He is detail oriented pays attention to the issues and safety. He inspects before he leaves to ensure things are working well. He performed tests to ensure his customers are safe and happy. Wright heating and air conditioning installed 92% high efficiency heater in my house and I could not be happy with the product and their timely service. They showed up for the appointment on time. Technicians installed heater as specified. My air conditioner also went out and it was serviced and fixed the next day after I called in the evening. I highly recommend Wright heating and Air.

Small town business puts others to shame! AC quit blowing cold during these deadly heat spells. I called Thursday & left a Voice Mail. Rhonda returned my call within twenty minutes. They were Busy, but said they'd do their best to get out there before the weekend...And they did! Jesse showed up Friday morning and went right to work. And Fixed IT-Yaay! He took some ID photos of my system, so they now have a reference, in case there's a next time-Noooo! ;-) I was ready to settle my account, but Jesse said I get my bill in the mail 'bout ten days. I did and there was NO sticker shock. Thank You Wright Heating & Air Conditioning!

This family-owned business has taken care of me for over 20 years (maybe more?) with new systems, maintenance and service calls. They are responsive, honest about their availability, quite competent and charge fair prices. They don't need extra business but they certainly deserve this 5 star review!

Randy installed a new heating and air unit and ductwork at my rental home. Randy and his crew are prompt and professional and the work was done in a day. He also did a service call at my home and fixed my air conditioning very quickly. Their price was as good or better than anybody out there servicing this area. I called Wright Heating and Air this weekend when our bedroom AC unit quit working. Rhonda almost right away reached out to me and left a message saying she may be able to get someome over as soon as Monday around lunch time. I got called today and to my surprise they were able to squeeze me in even sooner. Randy showed up around 10am. He was professional, polite, clean, and very friendly. Within 10 min he had found the problem with my fan motor and one other piece on my AC unit. He not only found the problem, he also had the parts on him to fix it!!! Within 30-45 min he has cool clean air blowing strong :) I was recommended this business by a family friend who has lived in town for over 40 years. My wife and I will never call anyone else. Thanks!

YAY for new Heating and Air!! Thank you Randy & Ronda! Wright Heating and Air does awesome quality work. The old system unit and wiring with old parts and pieces is gone! This all new unit with that economizer works super efficient and the air in my business feels cleaner fresher and cooler than ever. Wright's extra detailed attention, courtesy and care, as well as answering with kind clear explanation to any questions had, was an extra bonus. I couldn't be happier. And my students are too!
