My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest week of the year. Fortunately Zach was able to schedule me for an appointment right away, even though he was busy and most HVAC places had an extremely long wait. Zach showed up on time, he was very professional and helpful. He wrapped up everything quickly and the repair cost was very reasonable, and it cost much less than I was anticipating. It was a great experience and I'll be sure to contact Zach first if I have any other HVAC needs.
