Bobby Hutson with Atchley Air is our guy for all of our heating and air needs. He’s so great! Makes everything easy to understand so friendly and always gives me the latest on what’s new in the industry. I so appreciate that! He takes his time and checks the system thoroughly. Jerry came out to service our heat and a/c. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and took pictures to show us things he was talking about. We appreciate Atchley Air hiring techs like Jerry. We have been using Atchley Air since 2013 and have always been happy.

A few years ago we had two new A/C units installed. Unfortunately leaks developed in both of them. One in the line between the outside compressor and inside air handler and the other in the inside coil. The company that installed the units went out of business and it was not easy finding someone willing to come out for service. We are 15 miles from the closest city. I contacted Atchley Air and they sent out Logan. He has since been here multiple times to troubleshoot and repair the issues. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He has repaired what he could and worked with the manufacturer to obtain a new coil under warranty. As a result of their willingness to help us, we have signed an annual maintenance contract with them. Highly recommended!

Our tankless water heater was replaced and the clean up was completed in less than 3 hours. The gentlemen that came to the house were professional and were very respectful to my mother-in-law. They went over everything in detail and completed all the paperwork needed and took care of the registration of the product and rebate process and we will recommend the company to anyone that is in need of these services. Justin was amazing. Had a full new HVAC system installed in October 2023. Noticed some condensation around some vents after returning from spring break. Ultimately my fault but again Justin was quick to come out, very thorough and solved my issue quickly.
