I can't say enough about Ben @ Precision Heating. I called Ben to get an estimate for a new Forced Air Heating System for my home. Ben came out a couple days later & sent me an estimate the next day. Ben was so thorough & took the time to talk with my step-dad & I to let us know what would be best for my home. Ben & Shawn were here both days on time. There professionalism was outstanding, making sure my carpet, wood floors & furniture were covered. Both days clean up was done. If you want excellent customer service, honesty, fast work & a reliable Company, Ben with Precision Heating is your Company to use. I wanted to replace my older gas furnace and hired Precision Heating & Air after they were recommended to me by a coworker. Their prices are reasonable and I found Ben to be knowledgable, professional and experienced. He explained my options for different units and provided estimates for each one. I decided to go with an energy efficient 2-stage Bryant model with an Ecobee thermostat. I was home during the install and they did a great job. Everything was cleaned up after they were done and Ben walked me through all the new features. I recommend giving them a call if you are considering an upgrade or need a repair.

I HIGHLY recommend Precision Heating and Air Conditioning. Super polite, very professional. My wife called and they answered right away. She was able to schedule an initial inspection of our old heater and Ben came out the next day. After his thorough inspection of our heater it was determined that it needed to be replaced. It was a really old heater so I kind of figured that would be the case. He had the new one ordered and installed in just a matter of a few days. When they arrived they immediately laid down floor coverings all throughout my house to protect my floor and had it installed and touch up all the duct work in the attic all same day. They work with caution and Precision. At the end of the job they cleaned up all the old heater and parts and cleaned everywhere they worked. When I got home I couldn’t even tell they had been there except for the brand new heater and smart thermostat they installed. I am a very OCD/meticulous person and I notice every little detail. Almost every time we have any kind of work done I find things that most people probably wouldn’t even notice such as something being off by 1/16 of an inch, something not quite level etc. or I find myself cleaning up construction debris somewhere that was missed. I looked around and was confused that I couldn’t find anything, not one little thing. In my experience it’s very rare to find someone in the service industry that performs at such a high standard.
