Tech was fabulous! He was prompt, patient while I kenneled my pet and efficient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me before and after replacements.

This review is more about the company than the tech. The technician was very fast and efficient. He was awesome, My only complaint is their pricing. $69 just for them to come out and give you a quote (I know this is standard now with every company) but $600+ to snake a shower drain was pretty outrageous. He had it done in 15 minutes Definitely won’t be using them again just based off pricing

Damien completed a inspection of our two HVAC units. He was friendly and professional and gave a full explanation of the work completed and what he saw. We were Confort Now customers and this is our first visit from Lee's. We were satisfied and the only suggestion would be to have the techs take photos of what they saw and present it to the customers. That was a service provided by Comfort Now, that wasn't done by Lee's. However, Lee's will follow up with me about my next visit... something Comfort Now did not do. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and I renewed my service agreement for both units for another year.

Lee's Air, Plumbing, and Heating has been amazing to work with. Jose Rivera is who has serviced our A/C and heating. He has been absolutely amazing! His customer service and knowledge is above and beyond. He explained in detail how our system works and what would help keep it running smoothly. He was very honest and I appreciate the time, patience, respect and knowledge he had! I 100% recommend Jose for service!!

Lee's has been wonderful! We have already used their services for two different jobs and have scheduled a third and their representatives are thorough, professional and friendly. One in particular, David M. has worked with us twice so far and he has been incredibly helpful. He has described everything very well, is very friendly and helpful and has helped to put our mind at ease about everything we have to deal with since we need some major repairs. I will continue to use Lee's, especially since David works there! He is literally the best plumber I have ever worked with and I wish there were more service reps like him. Lee's, you did well by hiring someone like David and don't ever let him go!

This rating is strictly about Francisco Ramos who works at Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating. Francisco came to help me and my husband with our ecobee thermostat. He was a great help. He helped us set up the system for the wi-fi & cell phone which I had not wanted to do when we first purchased and had the unit installed by Lee’s. Francisco explained and patiently answered all our questions. If we need to call Lee’s again for a home visit we will ask for Francisco Ramos. I highly recommend him. CeCe

Tony, and Lee’s Air Install team did an excellent job! They fully replacing our 40 year old water cooled system. Our building is older so they had to work through some difficult challenges, (electrical, attic space, ducting) but they took each one in stride and handled each with efficiency. The sales experience was excellent. Tony took time to understand our needs and bring solutions we could work with and as a bonus, the follow up after the sale, ie. taking care of any issues… was prompt and effective. Our church building is now poised to take on the challenges of the 21st-century.
