Dodged a $11k dollar bill, yes $11,000! My compressor wasn’t turning on and I was advised after testing that it was bad and needed to be replaced. Next day I had another company come out to take a look for a 2nd opinion, and after 15 minutes of trouble shooting, came to find out there was a loose wire at the thermostat, after getting good connection there, unit was up and running just fine! Moral of the story, get a 2nd and 3rd opinion from a smaller family owned company and trust your gut when you feel like your talking to a salesman instead of a handyman.

They have cancelled 3 appointments on me without a heads up. The office is insincere & unbothered by how poorly they do business. I’m supposed to spend $30k with you and you can’t even show up. Mackenzie couldn’t even confirm if they would be able to keep today’s appointment. Very unprofessional and complacent.

Brad was great, he tested and serviced my heat and a/c unit, I wanted my exchange portion cleaned and now my a/c blows cool and more air blows threw out the home. Monarch Home Services is a very professional and there technician are more than qualified and courteous. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, had appointment scheduled from 8 am to 12 pm. Waited all day with no courtesy call or communication. Tried calling them and was on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they will try and get a hold of dispatch so they could contact me. Needless to say I never received anything and finally called them back and cancelled. You get what u pay for and if seems to good to be true it probably isn't true! I will never even try to use this company for anything.

I purchased a system 2 years ago. I was told that if I bought the service program I would be covered for any parts or labor for any issues. My thermostat went out on Sunday. They could not come out tell Tuesday. When they came they checked the unit and found the issue to be the thermostat. A thermostat they installed. They said it was covered under warranty for parts and labor but unfortunately they do not have any thermostats at all in their company to replace the unit. They said if i went out and bought one they would install it at no charge. So they want me to buy the service contract then also buy the parts for the covered issues. Everything with this company has been an issue. They do not seem to care about you as a customer once your check clears for services. I have been calling and they keep telling me someone will call me back. It has been 5 days without being able to use my system and 2 days since they came out to tell me they don't have parts to fix my issue. It is hard to believe a company could be doing installations if they did not have any thermostats. I am assuming they only have thermostats for new customers. Again once the check clears you will have regrets. *** Update** I tried calling the number in the response from the owner. The phone number is to another business called garage designs.

Like a lot of the reviews I have read - we went with Monarch because they were associated with Costco and we felt like we were making an investment that would last awhile. Less than two years in and they have been out twice now. About 9 months in it was to fix a leak that was due to an issue when installing the system. The water damage caused by the leak is still there today and it has been over a year. Today they came out for a maintenance appointment and we were having issues with inconsistent heating (almost 6 hours later and that issue hasn’t been resolved). Actually believe it’s doing less now than before they got here. Although they didn't fix the heating yet - they did tell me that the static pressure was high and wanted me to finance another 7 to 24 thousand to fix the problem - apparently they weren’t testing static pressure when our unit was installed - otherwise they would have done a better job with their system design when they did the installation - somehow that’s my problem. Spoke to a manager after the field supervisor called and after some back and forth came to the conclusion why would I invest anymore money in a company that hasn’t provided quality service since the beginning and for something that was clearly their fault. Gave 1 star because the employees that have come to our house have all been polite and courteous but then again none of them seem to have been with Monarch for any length of time. Makes me wonder why? There are so many options out there and based upon the service we have received you’re better off going cheaper as we definitely haven’t got what we paid for.
