Very disappointed. Called a week ago to schedule an appointment, was given a date. Date comes around they reschedule because they had it down for the wrong technician. Now today they cancel on me because they can't come out, they have to many repairs to do. Two days of rearranging my schedule, sad way to conduct business.

I apologize for the inconvenience, that is why I called prior to your appointment. We have customers with no ac and they do take priority over looking at ducting. Please understand we try to provide prompt service and have to sometimes reschedule especially with the first heat wave of the season.
