I would give 5+ stars if possible. I was approved for financing in less than 10 minutes. Everything was explained to me upfront and the price quoted never changed one penny. Gilbert and Caleb were on time an immediately started working. Kept me updated on their progress. Let me know when they left and when they returned. Very professional and friendly. Vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the operation of my new AC before they left. Extremely happy with every one from Conlie to installation technicians to their customer service. Valley Air Conditioning & Repair was highly recommended to me by a friend and neighbor where I live. So happy I went with them

Eddie was great, he explained what he was going to be doing and if anything was wrong he would let us know. He finished the maintenance work on the two units in half the time the last company did. We decided to do a replacement on both units he had the parts with him and did the repairs at the same time. Very happy with him and his company. When we need service again we will be asking for Eddie. Debbie

This company was able to assist me with servicing an old floor furnace in the tower after 2 other HVAC companies I called refused to help because it’s an old unit. The technician was friendly, timely, and the window of time to meet them for the appointment was a reasonable hour as opposed to some that say they’ll be there within a 4 hour time slot. Ultimately, we realized we needed to have PG & E come out before they could work on it, but they didn’t even charge me. I was impressed with their customer service!

I had my unit diagnosed in February and was the control board that needed replacing. The company that came out first gave me a quote and had the part right then. I waited a little bit and had this company come out. I informed them that I had the diagnosis and just needed it to get fixed. The tech did another diagnostic and told me the same thing I had told him. He charged me the $69 and didnt have the part nor could he give me a quote. I took the day off assuming they were like the other company and were able to fix it the same day. Now, I'm having to wait for them to find the part, give me a quote and schedule someone to come out to install it. It's only been about an hour and a half and Simon reached out to me. He was able to get the part needed and will be out shortly to replace it. They definitely want to take care of their customers. Thank you Simon!

I always go to VAR for my heating and AC needs. They call me at the beginning of the season for maintenance 2x /year. I appreciate the reminder. The technician Matt Bilodeau is awesome! He is knowledgeable and did the maintenance quickly. I have old units and Matt told me about a rebate program that is currently being offered. We chose to do some repairs in the meantime and are making plans to replace them in the future. He is very professional, trustworthy and personable. I highly recommend!
