Jordan did an excellent job and explained everything in detail rhat he inspected and cleaned. He took pictures of any yellow flags he found and what to look out for on my AC unit.

Jordan was very cordial, prompt and addressed the issue right away. He explained every point of his inspection and quickly came to a resolution. He showed us, via photo all values of the components in regard to the normal range of each. Explained every detail clearly. So we decided to sign up for the annual servicing membership. It was nice to have cool air through the house again. We defiantly appreciated the service.

Amazing service by Jordan. He was fast, responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and thoroughly. He double-checked everything to make sure our AC was running well before he leaves. Price is very reasonable. We are grateful for Comfort Now. We sent an inquiry and got our AC fixed in less than 15 hours later.

They misdiagnosed the problem with my AC, and tried to fear/convince me into buying a new AC system. They said I needed a new evaporator for ($9,300), and said for a few thousand more ($13,500 total) I can get a new unit. I already had paid $1,928 to recharge my leaking unit that should have been seen by the technician that was dispatched. I tried to negotiate a credit for the misdiagnosis, but they didn't return my phone calls. I got a second opinion and the new company came out, and said that my condenser was shot and it had several leaks. They replaced the condenser unit, for $3,720 and the problem was solved. I wouldn't recommend Comfort Now to anyone.

Great reputable company. Dustin explained everything to me regarding my ac unit and was thorough.

First off Rene is great!! A world of knowledge and he took time to explain how everything works and what I could do to prevent any problems in the future. With that being said, it’s sad that companies nowadays don’t want to properly diagnose and fix ac units and instead go for the tactics of troubleshooting by ordering every single component. I get that a $100 motor will be $600-$800 through a company (nature of the game) but I wouldn’t recommend Comfort Now. Their diagnosis fee is lower compared to others in the area which is a plus

Technician Israel Ledesma was great! He took the time to go over all my options even though it was after 5pm. He was in no rush. He helped me truly understand my situation and even gave me some base knowledge on the system I’ve owned for years. And the warranties they offer on brand new systems are outstanding! It’s really nice feeling like you got a good deal for once. These guys are awesome!
