If you're wanting an hvac company with a poor attitude, Look no further! Everyone I dealt with had the worst mood except for the actual installers. The person that came for the initial bid talked down to me as a woman and acted like I knew nothing and my questions were irrelevant. We had an issue with the return vent not fitting properly and had to have another one ordered. When I called to check on the status after 3 weeks, the person I spoke with wanted me to pay 90% of the bill. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable paying until the job was completed, I was immediately treated like I was looking to skip out on the bill and yelled at. If I had known what I was getting into with this company, I would have paid more to go with someone else. I spent almost $9000 with them and will never do business again with precise. Horrible customer service!

I recommend Precise. CJ, the electrician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a transfer switch and wired up the breaker box to hook up a generator during power outages. Honest, skilled technicians who show up and care for your needs are becoming rare. CJ was a very nice exception. He got here on time listened to what our problem was and then got right to work. Great workmanship from an informative repairman. He answered all of our questions and did a through job of going through the heater. The company is expanding into Pocahontas so they are our go to with heating and air conditioning service.

My experience with Precise was excellent from the estimate, options that were discussed through installation. They arrived early as stayed late to finish the job. Extremely professional throughout the process. I highly recommend their services and glad that I chose them to install my HVAC unit.

Forgot to post from September 15, 2021. Chandler and Mason were very professional and very thorough. We really appreciate them arriving on time and getting our electrical work done promptly.
