My husband & I came in late from out of town during a heat advisory to no air conditioning in our home. I called around 11:30 PM to leave a message for the following morning. The on-call technician answered right away, asked questions, took my information, and someone was here to replace our condenser before 9 AM the next day! When buying the house here in Cherokee Village, I needed a whole new HVAC system. Richard's provided the new unit along with the installation. I've not had any problems with it since. I discovered shortly afterward that I needed a new dryer exhaust run from our house attic across the garage attic and out of the garage. Tight spaces to work in, but they accomplished it and I've not had any problems there since. I was so happy with their service that when we put new windows in our back room and added a ptack unit, we had Richard's provide the unit and install it. Always friendly and knowledgable, I find them a trustworthy source for my HVAC needs!

I had a great experience with Richard's heating. I'm new to the area, and just needed them to check out my hvac and have them clean out and give me a tutorial of how to work my propane fireplace. They got me in within a day and Adam showed up. He was very courteous and professional. The price was reasonable also. Highly recommend!
