I give Hollis Heating a five star because each and every time I called for my moms HVAC they showed up every time. My dad past away and mom is 86 and my brother is intellectually disabled so they treat them like important people. They give us no excuse they tell us how and what to do so they can make these HOT days bearable for them. I Love them and I appreciate their service and prompt service for them. I highly recommend HOLLIS HEATING AND AIR HVAC. Hope Arkansas

Other a/c repair business told us we needed to replace our whole unit to get cold air. Hollis saved us thousands by simply fixing a leak others didn't even bother testing for. We've had a wonderful experience and will contact them for any future needs.

Terrible experience. Couldn't diagnose my problem, charged for parts not needed. I googled it and found the problem myself and fixed it. That should tell you something.

These folks are the best. No complaint at all. Just friendly hometown service for us.

Excellent customer service from first call through entire service call. Notified when techs were enroute and techs were prompt and courteous. Technicians went above and beyond to ensure the entire AC system was checked and working properly. Can't recommend them enough.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT use!!!We called them to come fix our AC and they said they would come at a certain time never came so I had to call and ask what was going on and the guy said no one told him to come so now it's after hours on call.... Which is probably more... So he comes and is there for a few hours cussing and getting upset and FINALLY does what he's supposed to (so I thought) well come to find out he installed the motor backwards and then had to come or a second time with another man to do it right! Annnnd they now are charging us TWICE the labor for their mistake! Don't use this company! HORRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE! If I could give them zero stars I would! They lost our business!!!! And my family and friends!
