Brandon was excellent in explaining the issues and answering questions. He arrived on time and very courteous. I felt that he was informed and took a keen interest in making sure he had answered my questions and the issue was solved.Left me with dates for changing filters and UV light life expectancy.

Hi, Once again Knox AC & Heating to the rescue!!! This time our AC unit wouldn't start up this year when we first turned it on. I called the Knox office and set up an appointment for this afternoon. Bradley showed up right on time, gathered his tools and flashlight and we met in the back yard. Bradley was friendly and listened to my story. He grabbed his multimeter and nut driver and began. It didn't take him but a minute to diagnose the problem. His experience showed! Within a short while Bradley had the AC going and was on his way to the next customer. Thanks very much to Bradley and Knox AC and Heating. We will definitely call on Knox when needed and refer them to our friends!!! Jim and Carolee

Robert was so professional, friendly and kind. He was great with my dogs and encouraging to my teenage son, as he spoke about learning a trade. Hands down an amazing interaction and of course, great service!

Brad came out to fix our A/C. He was pleasant and efficient. Robert came out to do our inspection for spring. He also was very pleasant and informative of all he was doing. Great customer service from both gentlemen.

2 men came out and they were very nice. Checked everything out, changed filter and cleaned up outside unit. It looks new. My unit is 15 years old. I’m pleased that I have a contract with them which was very affordable. I would highly recommend them. I can’t say enough great things about them. Robert and the other employee, sorry I can’t remember his name, seemed very honest.

Had my Spring maintenance service on AC today, and Knox provided excellent service. I had to reschedule my appointment twice, which was my fault, and Knox made adjustments to accommodate me. Brad and Josey were on time and efficiently performed their work and cleaned up after themselves when it was completed. After the work was completed, we switched the heat back on and noticed a rhythmic knocking noise. Called Knox back and Edward, one of the owners, came over within 15 minutes to check this noise out. Thankfully, it had just been some air in the drain line which had cleared up just before he arrived. But that attention to customer needs is the perfect description of "service".

Knox technicians always communicate both before and after service calls. They are efficient polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the quality and responsiveness of the work performed by them.

Knox AC & Heating was awesome! Our heater would not shut off and they had someone to our home quickly. Robert was very friendly and was able to identify & fix our relay issue. The cost was affordable and I am so happy they were able to get this fixed before the next cold snap we are sure to get soon! Thank you guys for being reliable and efficient.
