Granger’s went above & beyond great customer service! They sent a technician to our home at 5pm on the Friday before Christmas Day -for a clogged kitchen sink. They saved Christmas from being a total bummer! Thank you Kayla at the office and our wonderful technician!!

Mark did a Excellent job installing my new Navien Tankless Water Heater. He answered all my questions and explained to me so that I understood the issues we were discussing. He is a Great Representative and Service Technician for Granger's.

We needed both a new heat pump and hot water heater. Greg quoted a competitive price and the team installed both systems in one day. Very polite technicians and neat installation!

Called to have to gas pipes replaced and a valve installed. Service was 6 hrs earlier than originally scheduled. Mike did a great job in half the time he quoted me. Came back early the following day to finish the job after so-cal gas signed off on the work performed. I never leave a comment unless I’m very satisfied or extremely dissatisfied…fortunately I was very satisfied with the entire experience!

Grangers helped replace a 75 gallon water heater and rebuild a water main for a property I am listing. David was my rep and he was great. The company is presented well and the work is very clean and well done. I highly recommend them!

Customer Service, Vanessa, did fantastic job setting up our furnace check and plumbing inspection. She made sure the correct size filters where on the truck for our odd return registers. Today, knowledgeable & professional Mike conducted our furnace precheck for the season ahead, running great! Conducted a thorough home plumbing inspection, and fixed a running toilet with failed fill valve. Checked on our tankless water heater and found valve issues which he will repair when we have him return to flush the water heater. Both Granger employees were outstanding!

Mike & Steven we're very respectful of our home and of their work area. They brought in everything that they needed, did all the adjustments on the fly for the insulation as needed, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. And the new tankless hot water heater works great!
