Fuse HVAC Repair of Irvine

I've relied on Fuse HVAC several times within the last 5 years and they have always done excellent work The latest project involved all new furnace, AC and duct work for the main house and a heat pump AC/heat unit for a studio sized space. Eric did a great job of provided multiple estimates/options as we evaluated different possible systems before honing in on our final choice. Andrey managed the install from start to finish, kept the crew working efficiently and made sure everything was done correctly (including coming back to fine-tune a few areas of the installation). Fuse handled everything including the city permits and meeting the inspector for the final sign off. All was done as planned and no surprises between the estimates and invoiced amount. They were very prompt, professional and maintained a high quality of workmanship. They also communicated often to keep us informed of the schedule and were flexible when certain days wouldn't work. As someone who helps with property management and repair I've deal with many different companies and contractors over the years. My usual experience tends to be less than satisfied but Fuse HVAC makes sure you are more than satisfied. Highly recommended!

I had multiple appliances go down with in the span of a few weeks, but was more pressed with the refrigerator losing cold. I found Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair online and noticed they had many good reviews, so figured I would give them a shot. I am so glad I did. I called them a little bit later in the day to get an appointment same day, which they let me know it might be a little harder to get the technician out there, but that they would try. So I appreciated their candor with this. The technician, Eric, came out the next day and was even able to come earlier than the scheduled window, which he called me in advance to make sure if that was okay, which I appreciated. Eric was very friendly and walked me through the whole process when he was looking at the refrigerator and microwave. He told me what needed replacing and gave me a quote fairly quick. The parts would be ordered and then he'd be able to come back to complete the work. Today Eric returned with all the parts and repaired the refrigerator and microwave. I also happend to have the dryer stop working the night before and Eric took a look at the issue, he happend to have the part needed to fix the dryer and was able to do that on the same visit. Overall communication with Fuse and Eric was great, everything was very professional, and now I am pleased that all these things are working as they should. I highly recommend Fuse & Eric for future repair work.

I could not be happier with the service I received from FUSE HVAC and appliance repair. They helped me out on a last minute job and did the work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using them again!!

Fast response time; same day. Fixed the problem with our furnace within an hour. Prices are very fair as well. Solid company and will definitely re-use.

Andrey came over and helped me validate what I believe was wrong with my Viking Professional cooktop (my ignition module had an issue with switch 3). He helped me find the part number and was also very helpful in encouraging me to order the part and install it myself, as a DIYer I appreciated his honesty and guidance.

FUSE responded first and with the lowest initial service fee from a YELP project search. The experience with FUSE and Allan the technician was consistent with the reviews. Timely, ethical, and practical repairs. He shared what might be needed in the future, but he got the heat back on for a reasonable price that included a new filter.

Service technician came out right away but misdiagnosed the problem. I asked if they could complete the job before Christmas. I later learned that the part they ordered would not come in until Jan 2nd. My poor tenants had no oven at Christmas. They did not notify me this job could not be completed in time. I called another company who came on the Saturday after Christmas. He was able to fix the stove right away, no need to order unnecessary parts. My tenants will now have their oven for New Years. . I would not recommend this company nor its technician.

Hands down the best overall experience with Fuse. Andrey was more than a pleasure to work with. Most companies wouldn’t do the job because they said it was too small while other companies said it would take an entire day. I communicated with Andrey over the phone and sent him pictures of the job and he gave me a quote on the spot. He was scheduled for the following day and even showed up early. He mentioned the aging of the system but didn’t pressure an up sell which is always highly appreciated. He answered all technical questions and was more than professional throughout the whole job. He even asked how I wanted a certain part of the job done in order to create more space for storage. The price in the end was the same price quoted on the phone. I would recommend in the future and plan on making another call for a furnace cleaning here soon.
