I’d give greater than 5 stars if it was possible. Milligan HVAC had an Incredibly quick response time, they are very respectful and knowledgeable, and they took care of every issue we had. My husband and I woke up to a burning smell in the house and our unit in the attic was humming on 12/20/23. We immediately turned the thermostat off and contacted Milligan HVAC. They came out the same day and went over the problems and what they could do to fix it. Our HVAC system was nearly 15 years old, so we decided to get a new system. Milligan HVAC replaced our entire system the very next day, 12/21/23. I’m grateful that we were taken care of so quickly, especially since Christmas is only 4 days away.

I contacted them on 11-8-23. He came on 11-10-23. I needed to replace an entire 3-head mini split system on one side of my house. He deals with mainly Heil but would also quote a Mitsubishi system. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about and I was hoping he would work out. I called on 11-17-23 to check my quotes and was told he was still waiting for prices on the Mitsubishi. It's now 12-14-23 and I still haven't heard from him. I would think he could at least have gotten a quote for the Heil. I guess he is doing so well he doesn't need my business. I've had the same issue with other contractors on this project...their reviews are on the way.

I am WARNING everyone. Please do not use this company. They are deceitful, liars and money hungry. They tried to push us into buying a new air-conditioning from them. We did not need one. They unplugged our furnacnce and a switch. Come to find out, our furnace and air-conditioning is fine. Just needed minor maintenance. It's sad when companies are out just to make money!!!!!
