The tech sent out to help me did a great job and communicated well. I gave 4 stars because conversation with the actual office was a little more difficult, but nothing really bad. All in all I would recommend.

Strap in! This is a good one. My AC went out on Thursday so I put in a ticket with my home warranty. They Initially assigned the job to a contractor that never got in contact with me. So I thought I was up you know what Creek without a paddle because it was a Saturday and I didn’t think I would get a technician out. Not to mention, the fact that I was attending the wake of my best friend’s father on that same day. Needless to say, I was not in the most pleasant of moods, but in my opinion, Pro Price Legitimately went above to help me. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Mark, One of their technicians, you found someone who genuinely takes pride in their customer service. I’ve never had a contractor use the word promise and guarantee so much and actually follow through with it. This man could have pushed me off until Monday and I would have blamed him 0%, but instead, he took the time to go out of his way to complete my repair before he went home Saturday evening. He took time out of his Saturday night for a customer, I don’t know about you, but I do not experience that ever, and I mean ever. I was a realtor for almost a decade in The Vegas valley and I have dealt With countless contractors, repairmen, Etc. These guys are something special. Huge Shoutout goes to Mario as well, that man ran through a Rolodex of employees in order to find me someone available ASAP. S Tier service, S Tier Quality, 5 Stars all around. I’m very well versed in the ways of the “Karen” but I have nothing but good things to say about Pro Price. The minute my other unit takes a dive on me, I know exactly who’s getting my money to fix it. Integrity, that’s what’s matters Plain and Simple, and these guys have it in droves.

Professional, respectful, experienced…. Needed a Mini split A/C unit installed in a 300 sqft, play room addition for grandchildren. So far, very happy with price, install and product.

I must say I was very impressed with the service I received, especially when you go with a home warranty company. You never know what kind of contractor is going to come to your house with skill and knowledge. I was impressed how fast Pro Price Heating and cooling replaced my air conditioning unit, they came out on a Friday looked at. It said it was no longer fixable. Did the paperwork that they needed to do to inform my home warranty company ordered the new air condition unit and it was installed on a Wednesday that’s efficiency also when speaking with Louis on Monday, he did provide me all the details I needed to know before this process even started, which was very informative to me because I’ve never replaced an air condition unit in my home, Emmanuel and his helper came to the home install the air conditioning unit within two hours. They were professional and fast. We are happy customers. Thank you.

Five star experience with Mark at Pro Price Heating and Cooling. Capacitor was bad for our downstairs unit and he noticed the contractor was "pitted" and he replaced both parts same day!
