Baker's have been prompt and professional in their service. They were great to work with when my unit needed replacement recently.

My old air conditioner was not cooling, I had a different company out for a tune up that turned into a 20k quote. I called Baker’s and Lee was able to come by the next day. He was awesome from the start, he knew right away that the previous guy hadn’t closed a door correctly, causing the unit to not turn on. He knew what to check for regarding the old unit, what I needed to get up and running and scheduled the installation. It was like one stop shopping, he offered a portable unit for the weekend, was able to take care of the financing and made the experience a pleasant one. It also wasn’t a 20k job. Dustin and Jacob did a fabulous job today with the installation, they were in and out in 3 hours. Everything was left neat and clean, they explained the new thermostat and made sure it was all working before leaving. I am so happy I called Baker’s. They are local, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

AMAZING SERVICE! Our entire A/C/Heating system died and I picked them because of the previous 5* reviews, they for sure earned them as I found out for myself. Always on time through the replacement of our system and really fair with pricing and such, even coming out the same day and be beginning the project a couple of days later! … What makes my 5* review a joy to give them is they went out of their way to correct previous issues so the new system works better than it’s ever worked in the 7years I’ve owned this house… I HIGHLY recommend Baker Heating and Air, make sure it’s the Lodi guys because they’ve proven to me they care about making sure my family is warm and happy! 😀

We have used them more than once for repairs on our HVAC system. They are professional, knowledgeable and honest. They were upfront with the scope of work and cost. Didn’t try to sell us on a bunch of extra work that didn’t actually need to be done. Had another company come out and try to tell me the only problem was a blown fuse (that kept blowing over and over). They only wanted to replace the fuse. Baker’s was able to determine what was actually causing that to happen and make necessary repairs/replace parts as needed. Highly recommend using Baker’s for all of your heating and a/c needs! You won’t find a more honest or reliable company!

Dustin and Javi were personable and professional and most importantly on time. When they arrived they were very attentive to my needs and listened to my issues. I explained to them there was an awful smell coming from the vents. . They explained many factors that could play a part in this occurrence, broke down into a language which I could understand. They explained to me they would have to go up in the attic and look around and found a dead rat, as well as holes in the duct work. They explained in great detail what the repairs would entail and how long it would take. Also, explained they understood the inconvenience that this repair would have on my family and I and would complete the work in a timely manner. My family and I felt that we were being treated like family rather than just a dollar sign. Dustin and Javi made us feel like we mattered, all our needs were being met. I have used Bakers Heating and A/C for the last 11 years. They have been prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced! They recently replaced my old heating and a/c unit with a new energy efficient unit and the house stays comfortable now at a fraction of the cost of the old unit. I had them put new units on our church a few years back, with the same results! Not only great service, but they were the best priced contractors by far. Rodney is a magician at sheet metal fabrication, never a problem he can't overcome and I whole heartedly recommend Bakers to anyone considering Heating and A/C service.
