Careful, thorough, very intelligent work on a plumbing problem in a house with old galvanized pipes. Communication was excellent throughout, action was wonderfully timely, and the problem was very well handled.

JW Plumbing was helpful from beginning to end. From the moment we called to schedule the appointment, all the way to after the service. We are beyond happy and Jose was fantastic. He took the time to listen to our concerns and troubleshooted the issue carefully to find the best solution and ultimately, to repair/unclog our garage disposal. It operates now like brand new when we initially thought the drain was clogged. Thank you so much again Jose for such a smooth process, communication and transparency. We will certainly contact you again for assistance.

Our service technician Victor was excellent. He explained the problem and acted on it immediately. Adam Hodson was terrific at helping us come to a solution and pick a wonderful Lennox system as a replacement.. Brandon and his team were respectful of our home and diligent workers who took pride in their work.

I had an annual maintenance service for my HVAC system and was so happy with the services performed by Steven and Robert. They arrived during the scheduled time period and quickly put on their shoe booties before entering my home. Both servicemen were polite, informative, and efficient and thoroughly inspected the systems -- in the attic and outdoors. After the inspection, I expected them to hand me a filter, as did the prior service company, and these gentlemen had already installed a new filter into the system. They sat down with me and reviewed the checklist of services performed. It's a pleasure to have exemplary customer service these days, as this kind of service is lacking with most companies. I highly recommend this company because the type of services experienced by the customer reflects on the type of oversight and training provided by Management. Thanks, Service Champions/JW Plumbing and Heating and Air for understanding the importance of exemplary customer service. You'll keep clients a lot longer with this type of service!

I recently signed up as a member and had the first furnace tune up. Technician Brian arrived on time with his booties on to protect my floors and did a thorough review of my system, after which he explained clearly what the status of everything is. So far, so good, Brian is a nice person, everything works after he leaves, new filter in place. I deducted a star because, afterwards, proposals for $6,000+ in repairs or improvements arrived in my email inbox which rubbed me the wrong way and made me lose some trust in this company. I called them to cancel my membership, and then they were so nice on the phone that I decided to wait and see how it goes.

JW Plumbing is consistently reliable. Their service folks are always friendly and respectful of my home. And if any of them are going to be late, they will call and text me, as opposed to just not showing up, like many other companies. Their communication is excellent and their work top notch.

Our system was installed last February so is fairly new. Today’s visit was part of my service contract. They check out the System twice a year. We have been extremely happy with the system And all our dealings with service champions . The new unit is so much more efficient than our old one. My service technician today was Robert Chavez. He was excellent. Friendly, professional, well spoken, and explained everything in detail to me. I would highly recommend this company for all your household needs.

I can't express how much you should avoid this company. Since I purchased my air conditioner 12 years ago, every single time they come out, they suggest some kind of fix or filtration system that costs at least $800. I subscribed to their membership service and they come out every six months to do routine service. Seems very unlikely the unit they sold me would need that many repairs, that often. Last week, I was supposed to do my bi-annual hvac service. I had scheduled between 2-4pm. They texted me on the day of service and asked if I could do earlier due to a cancellation. I waited and then nobody showed up between 12-2, like I was told. When I asked where they were, they said they'd be there during my original time, as they fell behind. Seriously. I had moved my entire schedule around to accommodate them, and they returned the favor by no-showing. I asked to have a supervisor call me, but that didn't happen until I asked again five days later. Because I work during the week and can't just sit around waiting for them, I had to reschedule for the following weekend. The tech came out, said everything looked really good, but recommended an $1800 filtration system. No surprise. About 30 minutes after he left, my thermostat - which has worked without issue for two years - powered off and won't turn back on. I called their 800 number and emailed them. They emailed me back and said someone could come - at the earliest - in two days , in the middle of the day when I'd be working. Meanwhile, the 800 number told me there's an on call tech who'd call me tonight. That hasn't happened yet. Bottom line, do not use this company unless you want to constantly be pitched on expensive fixes and upgrades, be waiting on them to show up, and have your check-ups turn into non-working HVACs. Don't do it.
