Excellent turnaround! Called in a work order for my furnace on Friday and by Saturday at 8:30 am the technician was at my door. Aaron is very polite and well-mannered. He slipped on his shoe covers right as he entered the door and got straight to work. He was very clear with me about the issue that the furnace has. He gave me an estimated date as to when the service would be completed. The issue is not fully resolved yet, but overall I highly recommend this company.

AC was blowing hot air in the middle of summer. Had lee’s come out to to find the issue was capacitor. I had a “better quality” capacitor recommended to me only to find out the issue was still occurring. Called Lee’s back to hopefully get the issue resolved, the technician was very professional and offered to come back out next day but only to be told that if the issue was not due to the technician error I would be have to pay the diagnostic fee again for something that was not caught in the first visit. Luckily, I was still able to add HVAC service to my home warranty only to find that the “better quality” capacitor that was was recommended to me was causing the issue and not installed correctly. I tried calling Lee’s back to hopefully address and rectify this issue but I would get the run around from everyone on the phone. I was out 600+ on a bad service and part that didn’t even work on my unit. Had a different capacitor installed and no issues since. Lesson learned definitely shop around and don’t just go with the well advertised companies.Update: Spoke with Josue the operations manager and he was able to provide a refund and was very apologetic for the initial service that was provided. I appreciated the follow up discussion.

Francisco was very thorough in his review of the problem with our AC system. He took pictures of the parts he replaced before and after the replacement. He explained all the repair package options available and he did not pressure me to go for one or another. I would definitely do business with Lee's again.

Had a new system installed and the guys did a good job. The problem I had was they left a mess and water all over the tile. I called and the lady I spoke to was able to send one of the guys back out to clean it but the guys attitude was terrible. Clearly upset he had to come back but if it wasn't missed in the first place I wouldn't have had to call. Update: received a call from Justin (one of the techs) apologizing. I appreciate him reaching out and making things right. That's the kind of customer service you want. Changing this to 5 stars.

Lee’s Air is a great company. I feel very comfortable with their technicians. Today Christopher communicated with us before he arrived. He gave us a link which showed us exactly where he was. Upon arrival he was friendly, professional and the service was timely. I trusted his recommendations.
