Izard County Heating and Cooling

Izard Co Heating & Cooling took good care of us and got our unit working quickly. They had parts on the truck and ordered one too. Bri, in the office, was very nice, and our technician, Justin, was competent and friendly also. They worked around our schedule, which was very helpful. Their price was very modest for the work they did. I highly recommend them!

Well, we called for help with our HVAC system in June. Corresponded via text with someone who told me that we would hear from their HVAC person within a week or two. We waited and waited, finally texting again in July and were told that they're so busy and have a lot of employees out so it would be a little while longer and that we would probably get a call in the next week because it was going to rain. We waited and waited. My husband called and left a message in August asking if they could just call us back so he could ask a question and he would try and do the work himself but no call. It's October 3rd. We've still not had help. I really wanted to stay local but we can't let our daughter freeze to death this winter with no heat in her bedroom after a hot, horrible summer but you can't force someone to take your money and do work.

Came out, and took care of my air conditioner. Fast, and reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend more!!! They've got a return customer in me 💯💯💯
