The three technicians for Derek Sawyer were fantastic. They were very clean and made sure they cleaned as they proceeded. Very knowledgeable and the manager stopped by and but the guys lunch. Very nice and professional group

I am so very impressed with the heating and AC service I received from one of Sawyer’s very best ,Senior service technician Richard Samkas was fantastic, funny, courteous, he has a rock star personality and his knowledge was amazing when he explained what he did before and after the heating and AC service. I hope the world produces more loving and caring technicians like Richard. We had a lot of fun today and we enjoyed Richard’s visit to our home from Derek Sawyer’s hearing and air! Leo arrived in the time frame of the appointment. He worked well independently and complete the job (although since he's the expert I really can't evaluate technical details). He was polite and courteous, and I was very comfortable with the service.

The owner Derek and his senior tech Richard were very helpful. They had great communication and did the job right. I highly recommend them. They also offered us the best price for a new Heating and AC unit. Our tenants love their new unit and it is also has smart energy capabilities. We love the unit and are super grateful to have a company like Derek's working with us especially with all the prices going up on everything. They have the best prices! We had Richard come in Monday to inspect and they had the unit ready to install on Wednesday!
