TMC Heating & Cooling

TMC is now my go-to when it comes to the heating and cooling of my house. The technician (Adolfo) that came to service our unit was very detailed oriented and very thorough with his findings and solutions. This was something that was very appreciated on my end because there was no sense of somebody just trying to sell me on something I truly didn’t need. These guys have all my trust and I have no need to find another team other than the TMC team. Thank you Adolfo and the whole TMC family for responding and helping me so quickly.

TMC has been great the last time I had my thermostat issue and today they were here to replace my Honeywell zone controller and they did awesome job. Highly recommended!

TMC Heating & Cooling in Modesto installed a new Ruud heating and cooling system in my home in 2021. They were precise and professional in its installation. Recently the pressure switch failed on my heater unit but Adolfo from TMC came out replaced the switches. My system is back and running perfectly again. Thanks Adolfo for your expert work!

If you are a person who has been ground down to just finding a company that won't cheat you, I totally understand. As a customer I have come too often to a "please don't cheat me" or as important, "please know what you are doing". I called TMC Heating & Cooling on the advice of a person who has done other work for me. When my heater went out, I called a well-known company who has been in Modest since the ice age. They dismissed the heating interruptions as of no concern. I called another heating company and signed a contract where they would come out on weekends. My heater again went out, and...they were no where to be found on a Sunday morning. TMC Heating came to the rescue acting as a unit as detectives to find the problem. Their work was timely and, in fact, beyond expectations. After a Sat. night heating loss, Tim was on the job and working toward getting the parts. Adolfo is definitely part detective searching for the right solution. Martha in the office coordinated events and their work did not stop at 5 PM. I am so very impressed with this company. Wish we had companies in other areas who are so concerned with their clients.

Aldolfo was great and we appreciated his tenacity in getting our heater back up in running condition. It was not an easy fix and took longer than expected but the company made it all right and our heater is back better than new. We joined their “Fire and Ice Maintenance” program and look forward to more great service with this company. Highly recommend!

TMC Heating and Cooling did an excellent job fixing my AC system. The technician that came to my home is named Tim. He responded back to me quickly and was very professional. Tim had my AC system going within a hour. TMC was very reasonable with the price for the repair.I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system.
