Friendly, Same day service for a compressor repair. Tech Shawn was out within the hour of our initial service call and very knowledgeable. Added bonus: they are a local family owned business in Modesto.

Felipe was very thorough when giving us an estimate. The office staff was great also the communication was great and also when a minor issue did come up staff advised us immediately and things were taken care of in a timely manor. The installation team was very professional and kept the work area clean. We highly recommend Valley Air Conditioning & Heating

I had an air scrubber installed by Felipe. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicative and a pleasure to work with. The install went smooth and Felipe was great through out the entire process.

Experienced problems with heating unit cycling on at appropriate temperature settings. Service tech Felipe arrived before 8:30 a.m. after appointment was set on previous day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; checked out rooftop unit, and interior thermostat. Thermostat was fairly loose on the wall, so Felipe remounted and reconnected the thermostat. Problem appears to have been solved. Troubleshooting and service call took a little over an hour.

Shawn Barnett is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient techs that have ever worked on problems in my home. I'm an elderly man and over the years have had to have a lot of work done of different kinds. Not just HVAC, but other technical fields as well. He arrived very much on time, went to my air conditioner, opened up a side panel and immediately pointed out the problem. Incredibly, since the unit is at least 20 years old, he carried the necessary parts in his work truck and quickly fixed it. This is very important to me since the hot weather is just a couple of months away. I'm impressed, and if he's an example of how Valley Air Conditioning & Heating operates, kudos to you as well. Five Stars +

I was scheduled for an appointment between 1-3 pm. Received a call from Shawn, asked if he could come by a little earlier, changed my appointment to 10:30 am. Shawn was very nice and professional. I was pleased with the service he provided. I will definitely call on Valley Air Conditioning & Heat again.

Felipe was courtesy, kind, respectful and professional. He was very careful that he didn’t dirty up my carpet & made sure the ladder did hit any walls. Listened to my concerns and did a complete diagnostic. Trusted his diagnostic results. Took his time explaining it to me and what he did. Loved the truck tracking system so I have a better idea his eta. 1st class company.
