R & S staff was incredibly astute in diagnosing my furnace problems. Their staff is polite and friendly. They explained the problem in terms I could understand and then told me the options that were available to solve my problems. They worked efficiently and quickly to correct the problems. Moved into a new house and needed furnace maintenance that lead to a complete replacement of our HVAC piping (under and above!). I am so glad that I called R&S Heating and Sheet Metal. My furnace exhaust pipe was damaged/disconnected during a roof job, and I went without heat for three months while the roof job continued. When the roofing was finally finished I called the company that had installed my furnace just last year. They came out, said that they would need to transfer the job to another department, write an estimate, order parts, and get back to me. I waited over a week and called them multiple times and never heard back from them. I then called R&S Heating and Metal. Justin came out the next day and fixed everything with no additional parts needed in just a half hour! And to top it all, he didn't even charge! I cannot say how grateful I am! R&S Heating and Sheet Metal will definitely be the first/only company I call from now on.

These guys are just wonderful to do business with. They have put in 2 heaters and an A/C for me as well as some new ducting and repairs over the years. They were booked up and I had a different company give me a bid for some duct repairs under the house, the quote was high and didn't seem right. I waited for R&S and they confirmed I didn't need most of the work the other guys quoted! Very honest, and the quality of their work is superb. I always feel I get what I pay for. Thanks

R&S was a pleasure to work with. During the initial consultation at my house, Justin took the time to fully explain all my options, and offered candid advice on what he would do in the same situation. He didn't try to upsell anything, and plainly listed the pros and cons of different systems. During the install, the R&S crew was clean, efficient, and professional. We were told that during the multi-day install, we wouldn't even know the job was in process after we got home at night, and they followed through on that claim. They are definitely not the cheapest option, but for the service provided they are well worth it.

Ran into an issue during a freezing Thanksgiving week with a newborn that our HVAC completely failed. Having never replaced an HVAC system, I knew we were in trouble with how costly and on top of that what the lead time could potentially be. My wife was able to get in touch with Justin and needless to say - he was an absolute blessing to show up. My contractor recommended Rich Russo, the owner of R & S Heating and Sheet Metal. My house in Del Rey Oaks was built in the early 1950s with a heater but with no air conditioning, so Rich came out and provided me with an estimate for an entirely new system. The work was done in a timely manner and the new system works to perfection. The state-of-the-art Google Nest thermostat is pretty cool too - I can control it remotely with my smartphone. I am very happy with my new improved system and I highly recommend the services of R & S Heating and Sheet Metal.
