Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating

This review is only for their appointment system. I have been using Aladdin for 5 years, and today is the SECOND time of no-show no-call. I got an email and text informing me there was a scheduled appointment from 11 am to 2 pm, so I stayed home and waited, and no one called or showed up. When I called the company at 2 pm, the representative told me the appointment was cancelled the same day it was made. I was never informed (email, call, or text) of cancellation. I never made the appointment, but since I am on their maintenance program, I thought Aladdin was being proactive in scheduling maintenance appointments. She said someone named "Eric" called to cancel. Please get your act together and stop wasting my time. A doctor's office is more professional than this dumpster fire.

I just spoke with Suzie in the Newbury Park office, to schedule our next HVAC maintenance service appointment. She was very personable, helpful, and efficient. I wish every call I have to make to a business could be handled as easily and quickly. I was able to request that Salvador handle our upcoming appointment. He serviced our system the last time and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of his work and how unintrusive he was. His calm demeanor made us very comfortable. The great staff at Aladdin are certainly a huge part of the company’s success.

John was our service tech. he did an excellent job of performing a pre season check up of our furnace and install a new filter at a very reasonable price .. Thank You

Aladdin installed a new HVAC/duct system in our home this week. EVERYONE from our salesperson to installation crew were the best! Dwayne, our salesperson, provided very detailed estimates with several choices and explained the pros and cons of each. He was ver knowledgeable, through and professional. The installation crew, headed by Vincent & included Ricardo, Sean & Javier were great! Right on time everyday, very clean and courteous. Vincent took his time explaining the new system controls and answered all our questions and showed us before and after photos! We are very happy with our new HVAC system and highly recommend Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating!

Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating is an excellent company because of the people that work there. These people really care for their customers. They are attentive, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They know what they are doing and tell things as they are. We want to thank the following people for being helpful to us: Dante who is very knowledgeable about parts and scheduling. He is also attentive and caring; John Hilario, the technician who came to our house to do the work, was excellent, savvy and very experienced at doing his work; Also, we want to thank Dwayne for his estimates and advise on selecting the right equipment for us; We wish to also thank Raul who is a good asset to the company and Susie, the office person, for being so pleasant and helpful. We feel that Aladdin was the right choice for us.

My experience at Aladdin air conditioning in Thousand Oaks. Was met with the up most good energy outgoing, girl I have ever dealt with in this profession. I appreciate the great customer service that Susan gave to me making sure all of my needs were met scheduling for my appointment was fast Great job Susan I recommend this place and their services five stars Aladdin.

AMAZING! We had to replace our original ac/heat unit. Office staff, Service Techs, Install team were incredible from start to finish. The team was friendly, happy, kind, responsive, professional, just impressive all around. Our new unit is working great! We will highly recommend Aladdin to everyone.
