Bought the system in 22. Had an issue with the air just not cold enough. I called this morning and they were this afternoon. Service guy was efficient and very personable. Unit is freezing us out now. Thank you. Top of the line company.

Couldn’t even get through the initial phone call, rep on the line couldn’t care less about anything much less human interaction. What happened to actual customer service 🤦🏻‍♂️

We had a complete hvac system installed by prime air. They are the best around. Honest, and trustworthy. We had a problem with our system late one evening. Curtis came out late, the same night to make sure my entire family was safe. This, is real customer service. If you are wondering who to choose for your air-conditioning needs, just call prime air.

Thank goodness for Curtis and his team at PrimeAir. I called on the worst weather day we have seen. My unit had quit working and they scheduled a service for the same day. They arrived as specified and checked my whole unit. It seemed everything was up to par and then they checked outside and found my drain was frozen over causing my unit to shut off. Thank you for the complete check over and now my unit is working as it should be. I definitely would recommend PrimeAir services.

Prime air was prompt and helpful when repairing the blower in my HVAC system. They pointed out areas of concern with my aging system, which don’t surprise me. I’ll keep them in mind when I decide to change out my system.

BEWARE OF SERVICES OBTAINED BY THIS COMPANY. They'll be more than happy to take your money, but when it comes to a problem (two days after installation), good luck getting them to come back. When you finally do, they let you know the unit wasn't hooked up properly and assure it's been resolved. And to top it off, you wake up to it raining from your ceiling where they negligently didn't hook something else up right. And on top of that, you almost had an electrical fire due to the gallons of water leaking into a light fixture. Of course, we were assured they'd reimburse for the work that has to be done to repair the ceiling, light, and sheetrock and yet, we cannot get a response. Imagine all of these problems after you paid tens of thousands of dollars for their "top unit". Save yourself the trouble, worry, and stress and steer clear.
