A very knowledgeable technician came out on a Saturday, he was very thorough, asked questions about the problem I was having and then started looking at my system. He diagnosed the problem, showed me all of the data on his gauge group, explained to me what the numbers represented and what they should be on a properly working system. He then cleaned the coil, added some Freon and the gauges showed just what he said they should be reading. Went inside and the system was putting out really cool air. You have a happy costumer!
