West Coast Air Conditioning

This is our second all around excellent experience with WCAC. Letti was incredibly helpful and kind in working with me to determine the best mini split plan for our home within our budget. She had no problem immediately revising her proposal a few times to get it just right for us. The install guys were excellent! Alex, Sal, Guillermo, Erwin, and Jake worked quickly and knowledgeably to get a quality job done. They were so respectful and thoughtful to be as quiet (to be thoughtful of my baby) and clean as possible. Alex made sure I understood and agreed with everything happening. He and Letti were also gracious and quick to adapt when I misunderstood the proposal. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. You will get excellent service, beginning to end, with West Coast AC.

These people are thoroughly professional and great to deal with. They installed our heating/AC systems a couple of years ago and when we had a problem, they were diligent about fixing it. Joby just was here for a routine, twice-a-year service call and he was a great example of West Coast's efficiency, effectiveness and friendliness. I recommend them highly!

I’ve relied on west coast air for my hvac maintenance since moving into my condo three years ago. I love that I don’t have to remember to schedule this and Jim sends me a biannual reminder to schedule my seasonal tune ups, and I get on the scheduled so fast! Joby did my summer tune up today and he was in and out quickly with a smile! Overall my experience with west coast air has been leagues ahead of others in the local market with obnoxious memberships and difficult-to-access services and support. Highly recommended

We had our old furnace start to die on us. Come to find out it had been over working with the original duct work run in an absurd configuration. Some rooms had too much airflow, some far too little, and it made for an uncomfortable living situation and an overstressed unit. Adam, Aaron, Eli, and Miguel came in and did an awesome job. Kept everything tidy, and didn't mind when I was a little particular with certain things. They also made a point to point out the inefficiency of the original duct layout and thermostat location, and changed them all to be WAY more efficient and consistent. It has completely eliminated hot and cold spots in the house. Adam's team and West Coast Air Conditioning will be getting my business in the future! (Also kudos to Letty in the office. She was an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop well in advance of everything happening. Much appreciated). Thank you!

I called West Coast Air Conditioning because I was not getting cold air from my AC. Joby and Rich came out this morning. In just a few minutes my problem was diagnosed and a short time later, it was fixed!! To top off the great service, Joby and Rich were professional and extremely nice! It was a pleasure to have them working at my home. I would highly recommend them to everyone! 😀

If you are looking for a professional, prompt, communicative, and reasonably priced HVAC team - look no further! We cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. They have your back, and unlike their some of their competitors, are truthful and do not try to nickel and dime you. They are fast - you call, and the appointment is quickly scheduled, no crazy wait times or excuses to delay the process. We needed to add split units to a small rental cabin on our property and are so pleased with the results. The units are quiet and efficient, plus the install went seamlessly. Erwin and Alex were extremely knowledgeable and meticulous, which we appreciate as attention to detail matters to us. They took great care around the freshly painted areas of the cabin. It's important to note that they did excellent work but also stayed well within the estimated time of completion. They were in and out in one day, and Brian even stopped by to check on the progress - amazing customer service! It seems like these guys genuinely enjoy working for West Coast and it shows in their quality of work. Having a work/life balance is so important these days and it seems like this team is always treated with respect for their hard work. That speaks volumes to us when we have lots of options for HVAC companies in this area. We are happy to support a company that supports their employees! Had our Mitsubishi mini-split multi-zone installation done by West Coast (led by Alex with Jake, Erwin and Diego I think it was also on site) and they did an outstanding job. Was impressed by their willingness/ability to adjust installation plan to align with my hoped for line routing and head unit placement.

Amazing Crew! I got four bids for a complete 3-ton heating/AC system replacement (had old gas forced air furnace) for our home in Ventura. Ben from West Coast came and looked at the site on Tuesday,11/21; I received West Coast’s very competitive bid on Wednesday, 11/22 (the day before Thanksgiving); Jake came out Monday, 11/27, to measure; the Crew came out Tuesday, 11/28, for day 1 of install; and all work completed and system tested, Wednesday, 11/29 (day 2 of install). The Crew worked seamlessly and expertly in the attic, crawl space, outside for the compressor and inside for the air handler, with full attention to details. All new ducts and cold air return were installed. The day 2 Crew of Adam, Aaron, Frank and Sal finished up, tested the system thoroughly and cleaned up all materials. If you are considering a heating system upgrade or replacement, I’d say West Coast should be at the top of your list! Thanks to the entire staff.
