My mother who is 91 had her Hvac went down on a Monday and by end of day Friday, Breeze had a completely new Carrier system in and up and running! Everyone we who was involved was Awsome to work with from start to finish!! From sales to install great experience! I would recomend Breeze to anyone who has a need for Heating and Air conditioning needs!! Well Done BREEZE!

I called to get an estimate for a repair of a furnace… they told me the estimate is FREE if you provide another companies estimate… or they will charge for a visit… I had them visit, however they wouldn’t provide an estimate that broke down parts and labor. No transparency here… Beware!

When you see reviews for Breeze Air wishing we could give them 10 Stars there real! I had been through 4 other A/C companies within a six week period this summer. Chasing good money after bad that's only with the ones that actually showed up. I read reviews and decided to try 1 more company. Lucky #5 Breeze Air. Not expecting much and watching my bussiness slowly slip away being closed constantly with no A/C I was starting to give up. Breeze Air not only showed up, they were on time, knowledgeable, and told me what was really wrong with the Unit. I was lucky enough to talk with Eli who was so nice, compassionate, and honest. He told me the part I needed was not going to be available for at least 4 weeks. He also said he would come himself the next day a look over my unit to see if there was anything they could do in the meantime. I remember walking in the back door of my shop and seeing him and his partner whom I refer to now as my two Angels. He was holding something in his arms. When I asked what it was he said"I went looking and I found one!" I couldn't believe it. 2 hours later are doors were open and it was ice cold for the first time in 2 years. They didn't just save our bussiness that day they also helped a family. This company has heart, soul, and compassion! I trust them, now use them for my maintenance, and refer them to all my friend's and family in the desert. Best Staff, Best company.

It was a difficult 2 weeks, while we waiting for the manufacturer to send a warranted replacement compressor for our 3-4 year old Heat Pump Breeze installed. Abraham and Edgar on the day the part arrived did a wonderful job and completed a task that could have taken up to 4 hours, in about 2. Which I greatly appreciated, since temperatures were climibing into the teens again that day.

Shout out to Brandon, Taisha and everyone at BREEZE Air Conditioning. A couple of weeks ago, on a Sunday, my A/C stopped working...it was time. I reached out to a couple of A/C companies Monday morning (outdoor temps were in 115-120's). BREEZE Air Conditioning called right back, gave me a great quote within 30 minutes, informed me it would take a couple of days to get the A/C Carrier I wanted. This was fine as the A/C in the other part of the house was still working...that too was installed by BREEZE. My new A/C arrived as they told me, they put me on the schedule for a Saturday morning. Installers arrived 5 minutes early, crane arrived shortly after and I had an operating NEW A/C in 2 hours. Brandon in sales was on top of things, he communicated with me through the process, Eddie, Jerry and Pedro did the install, they were excellent. EVERYONE from the office to the installers were EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend BREEZE Air Conditioning, Palm Desert

We moved to the desert about a year ago full time. The house had two a/c condensers outside and two furnaces in the attic, and the majority of that equipment was from 1996. A friend of ours has a general contracting business in the desert and we connected with him for a recommendation on getting a new system. We wanted a quieter, more energy efficient system with better temperature control, and we really wanted to avoid a company that focused on quantity over quality. He told us that Breeze has been in business in the desert for decades and does great work, so we gave them a call. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. On the spectrum of 'Good,' 'Better' and 'Best,' I was able to tell our rep Brandon where our budget stood, and he then provided two options within that selection. I appreciated that he 'consulted' with us on a new system, rather than trying to 'sell' us. He listened to what we wanted and what our budget was, and did not try to up-sell, or push components that we did not desire. Brandon delivered a clear proposal with all the equipment and services listed out, and a final all-in price - no surprises. About a week later Rigo, Augie and Alex showed up to replace the system, and we were impressed by their job. They were timely and professional. Each day they'd lay down drop cloths through the house and swept up at the end of the day so that we never had to clean up. Most importantly, it was evident that they cared about doing a quality install, and took their time to do it right and were not rushed. Since they had to cut about an inch off the attic hatch the fit the new furnaces through, Breeze even sent out a contractor the day the job finished to fully repair and paint the hatch so that it looks even better than before. The project has been done for a few days and we could not be happier. We've been enjoying the immediate satisfaction of controlling the entire system with our phones thanks to the WiFi thermostats that Brandon provided, and the fresh look of all new air supply and return registers. We are actually looking forward to the 115 degree heat this July when we will really get to appreciate the system for what it is worth. All in all, I'm glad and relieved that we were connected with Breeze. They will be our 'forever' HVAC company, and I will be recommending them to any of our friends or family.
