PDAC is great! They installed extra ducts for three rooms that were partitioned off. Palm Desert AC is very honest as one other local company told me I needed to completely redo my ductwork in order to have the additional vents added. Palm Desert AC did a thorough analysis of my compressor and also of my ductwork and they told me that it was old but fine and it would be able to handle it. They arrived on time, were very thorough and speedy with the installation and I have had no problems.

We have been full time residents for 4+ years and have been customers of Palm Desert A/C with the yearly service contract. Always timely in bi-annual maintenance service. When we have had cause for attention with the air conditioning system, they have addressed our concern as soon as humanly possible. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and make all repairs for customers with safety, health and comfort. We find their pricing to be fair and reasonable. My 95 year old father's A/C broke down at the start of the July 23 heatwave. I got bids $6800-$13k to get it replaced. Called Jean at Palm Desert A/C & Heating. Got a new A/C unit installed for $1800 less than the best quote. Bottom line. Great service. Great price. This is a company you can trust.

In particular, the installation staff worked long hours in hot and cramped quarters without complaint and were always willing to try their best to meet my expectations. Which they did.

Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating offered a top tier brand, American Standard at a lower price than other companies were selling third rate brands. They were also the only company that offered a complimentary 2 year maintenance program. The installers, Dean and Dennis were on time, very professional and worked very hard. They were quite knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and looking to a long relationship with them maintaining my new AC unit and heat pump.
