I have known Nick B. and his work ethic for over twenty years. I was already impressed with his work ethic and professionalism from his prior endeavors. However, I must say his capabilities as an HVAC technician are superior to any other contractor I have used. He was extremely prompt to handle an urgent situation. With regards to the negative review, it is beyond obvious they are confusing him with another HVAC contractor in this area. Highly recommend him, his son and their services!

My wife called to get our dishwasher looked at. “Nick” was very un pleasant to speak to on the phone but my wife proceeded to make an appointment with him where he no called no show. No phone call trying to reschedule or apologize or anything.

I am so sorry that you had this experience, I am Nick and I have no record of receiving a phone conversation with your wife. I had an employee whose cell phone had been circulated online and people where calling him directly and I suspect the appointment that was set up was after they had been released from their job hence the no show no call. Super fast response, professional service. Found the issue wrong with my furnace, had the needed part on his truck and had my furnace working so fast it was Impressive. Highly recommended.
