Within 3 hours of my call to their office these guys were at my door on time (in the middle of summer!) They got right down to business and Tyler immediately identified the issue. BEST experience we've had with an HVAC service provider. Save yourself headache & time - call Gary first. We've had several people out to look at our HVAC with no real solutions. Gary was able to diagnose and repair the issues. He was respectful, genuine and very personable. He is knowledgeable and efficient. This is the place to call.

Finally, an honest HVAC repair guy! They did wonders for us when we were freezing our tails off because my heater quit blowing warm air. They came out without delay, came when they said they would, and got us up and running for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

AC went out on 8/16/15 and having a baby and toddler at home I needed to get it fixed ASAP. Contacted Air Direct and on 8/17/15 and Gary came to fix it around 1pm and it only took him 15 min. Thanks to Gary we were able to stay in our home.
