Frye Mechanical is yet another reason why I love dealing with local, small-town businesses! Not only is Allen Frye an excellent technician who knows his stuff, he's also a neighbor here in Ramona! He saved me a great deal of money on a major home AC rework last summer. And you can't find anyone more responsive on after-installation service. Last night, my heating system quit working. I called Allen, and he was here in a flash (electrical pun intended). Turns out, ants had gotten into part of the circuitry (looks like Allen is also a wildlife expert in addition to his expertise with thermodynamics and electrical engineering). From the time I texted him to the time my unit was back up & running was (quite literally) 45 minutes. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Highly recommend this company!! I sent a message this morning at around 10:30 and literally had a response within 2 minutes. The technician, showed up about 1 hour later and solved the problem. Allen and Greg arrived on time, and they were very friendly and efficient. We were only having our system inspected, and they only needed to add some charge to the unit. All went well.

Can say enough of Allen and his crew. Very straight forward and honest. He is super reliable and responsive to my inquiries. We have used Allen Frye Mechanical at our business in Ramona San Diego Country Estates and our home. We have swamp coolers at our business suite and he brought one back from the dead. It has not worked in 5 years. At our home we were babying our AC unit which was the original equipment to our house from 1984. He was able to switch out our old system with a new system at a very reasonable price. We work and live in Ramona and we love our local businesses. This is what makes our town great. Thank you to his crew for demo and install in one day as we will continue to use and refer his business in the future.

Allen is always prompt and professional. Never pushy with trying to upsell anything, and is overall a friendly guy. Definitely my first choice when it comes to calling anyone for HVAC repairs. Strong recommend from me.
