We used Chris Midfkebrook to install our complete heating and air. We gave tried on numerous occasions to use him again however we can not depend on him to come out as ge says he will nor communicate with us. We first contacted Mr. Middkebrook on January 2. 2021 and were told he would come out that afternoon or the next morning to check out heating system. Keep in mind this is when it was getting down to 18° - 20° at night. We have been unable to get him to call us back. My husband and I both have made numerous calls and left numerous messages. Today is January 12. 2021. I finally get him to answer the phone I ask why he hasn't contacted me and his exact words were "do you want to get Covid?? My granddaughter has covid. I totally understand he being quarantined but he could have called and let us know about it before now. Very rude man he is!!! I am so upset due to him not returning our phone calls and simply let us know his situation. I have waited this long to find out he can't do it and I need to call someone else! Middlebrook thanks for nothing!! I will let my friends know not to use you in the future!!

One day my old unit quit working. Chris came and looked and it we determined that it was time for a new one since the cost to fix the issue wouldn't be worth it and a new unit would be more efficient. A week or so later he brought in my new unit. He came at the time he said he would. He and his crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves. It's been a little over a year now and my unit is running great.
