David was very polite and efficient. Very personable. He was able to diagnose the issue with our A/C unit and got it up and running very quickly.

David come to super fast to my house and showed my all the the readings on his diagnostics. He gave me all the options and also took his time with me to understand all about my AC issues. He did not rush me anyway, but made me feel very comfortable. He was super understanding and offered to answer all my questions if I needed to get at a later date. I was super impressed how fast he came and worked. He was very respectful I would recommend him to anyone who has AC issues. He will get the job done honestly and correctly.

The level of communication this company provides is unprecedented. I was also pleased with the punctuality, and professionalism of our service rep, David England. He went so far as to send me a picture of the damaged part in my furnace before fixing it. We will definitely be calling Infinity again.
